Note: All VIP tables purchased on the same booking will be seated next to each other where possible
📣 Dirndls, lederhosen and everything in between is strongly encouraged as it is a firm fact that you will have MORE fun when dressed up.
However, guests are welcome to wear whatever they feel comfortable in!
Ps. We always advise flat shoes for dancing and walking on the Common.
Underground stations: Clapham South tube, Clapham Common tube (1.2km walk or take 35, 37, 50,155 or 249 buses - see below)
Nearest Bus Stops: Clapham South (G1, 501, 55, 249, 355), Cedars Rd/Clapham Common Northside (137,345) or Forthbridge Road (35, 37) - alight at these bus stops.
Walk to the Victorian bandstand in the centre of the park and head 250m southwest towards the Broomwood Road exit.
Cyclists can lock and leave bikes at their own risk in the designated cycle bay.
Yes there will be a selection of rides
A range of caterers will be serving food including Swing grills that will be cooking up over 400 different kinds of german sausages per hour!
In addition, there will be an authentic Pan House offering everything from sauerkraut to vegan bratwurst. Our walk around team will also be offering salted pretzels and drinks for sale.
I Am Gluten Free / Coeliac, What Can I Eat?
We are pleased to offer a variety of gluten free options from our selected caterers however we cannot guarantee that cross contamination will not occur.
Yes. If applying for a Personal Assistant (PA) ticket you must be able to provide one of the following forms of supporting documentation;
- Middle or Higher rate DLA for care and/or mobility.
(Lower Rate is only accepted if applying just for the access facilities)
- Receipt of Personal Independence Payment (PIP)
- Nimbus Access Card – + 1 category requirement for PA applications – www.accesscard.org.uk
- Armed forces Independent payment
- War Disablement Pension
- D/deaf or blind registration
- Medical professionals letter
All documents provided must show your full name. Once we have checked and processed your application your documentation will be destroyed.
Photo ID
It is also mandatory that a form of photo ID is included with your forms. This could be a passport, driving licence or concessionary travel card. Please refer to ww.pass-scheme.org.uk for more info. Again, this document will be destroyed once your application has been processed.
Please note Blue Badges cannot be accepted as forms of photo ID.
